Billing & Subscription

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.


Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s Manage Subscription section.


What happens after I cancel my subscription?

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew
  • You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period

Will I be charged again after canceling?

No. Once your subscription is canceled, future renewal charges will not be made.


When does my subscription renew?

Your subscription renews on the same date each billing period, based on when you first subscribed.


Who processes my payment?

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

Teamily, Inc. is the merchant of record and is responsible for billing, refunds, and customer support.


Why does my charge appear on my statement?

Charges may appear on your bank or card statement with a descriptor related to Teamily or our payment processor, Stripe, depending on your payment method and region.


Are taxes included in the listed price?

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes, such as VAT or sales tax.
Any applicable tax will be shown before you complete checkout.


Where can I find my receipt or invoice?

Receipts and invoices are sent to your email after payment.
Tax invoices are provided where required by applicable law.


Are subscriptions refundable?

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy.


Credits & Account Usage

What are credits?

Credits are usage-based units used to access AI features and services on Teamily.

Different features or models may consume credits at different rates based on complexity, duration, and usage.


What types of credits do I have?

Depending on your plan or activity, you may receive different types of credits, including:

  • New User Credits
  • Daily Credits
  • Subscription Credits
  • Purchased Credits

Each credit type follows its own usage and expiration rules, which are displayed in your account.


Do unused credits roll over?

  • Daily Credits and Subscription Credits expire according to their rules and do not roll over
  • Purchased Credits generally do not expire, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase

How are credits consumed?

Credits are consumed when you use AI features.
Consumption depends on the feature used, the selected model, and task complexity.


What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?

After cancellation:

  • Subscription-related credits expire at the end of the billing period
  • New User Credits may remain available, if applicable
  • Purchased Credits generally remain available

I canceled my subscription but still have access. Is this expected?

Yes. Canceling stops future renewal charges, but your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.


Why did my credits decrease?

Credits decrease when AI features are used.
You can review detailed credit usage in your account dashboard.


Are credits refundable or redeemable for cash?

No. Credits are usage-based units for accessing features on Teamily.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.


Help & Support

I ran out of credits. What can I do?

Depending on availability and eligibility, you may:

  • Upgrade your subscription
  • Purchase additional credits
  • Wait for the next credit refresh based on your plan

I experienced a technical issue. Can I request a refund?

In limited cases where a technical issue prevents access to the Service for an extended period, refund requests may be reviewed at Teamily’s discretion, subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.
