Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by Teamily, Inc. ("Teamily," "we," "us," or "our") through Teamily.ai (the "Service").

By purchasing or subscribing to the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.


2. General Policy

Teamily provides access to digital and subscription-based services.

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.


3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.


4. Usage-Based Services and Credits

Certain features of the Service may be subject to usage limits or credits.

Credits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • May expire
  • Are not refundable, even if unused, except where required by law

5. Free Trials and Promotions

If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, eligibility and conditions will be disclosed at the time of offer.

Unless otherwise stated, charges incurred after a trial period ends are non-refundable.


6. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at Teamily’s sole discretion in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors attributable to Teamily
  • Legal obligations under applicable consumer protection laws

Issuing a refund in one instance does not create an obligation to do so in the future.


7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing question or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.


8. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

Teamily, Inc. is the merchant of record and is solely responsible for refund decisions and customer support related to billing.
